Step 1: "Purchase on today" indicates that you are making a purchase with this merchant on the current day.
Step 2: "Confirmed order" signifies that you will receive the order confirmation from the selected merchant on the displayed date.
Step 3: "Awaiting approval" is a standard procedure, requiring patience for the merchant's final approval.
Step 4: "Final approval" is the duration for the merchant to decide on your transaction. The merchant's decision is final and non-negotiable. Your Cashback may be rejected if you cancel or return the order during this period, or if the merchant detects any unusual behavior or violation of their terms and conditions.
Please be aware that all of your transactions require final approval from the merchant, and their decision is conclusive. Your Cashback credit may be negative due to this matter. For further queries, feel free to contact our customer support within our working hours.
